Text chatbot

I contacted a home repair company this week through their website contact form. I got a text back, which was so polite, complete, and informative, that I'm certain it was a chatbot. I told it what I needed. It replied asking for further information, which I gave. Then it transferred me to the scheduling department, where I'm fairly certain I interacted with another chatbot, this one setting the schedule within the parameters it was given. I just hope a real person checks their schedule before that day; I need a real person to show up to evaluate the needed repair.
